How should you score a fight??

How should you score a fight?? on the way you perceive what is happening or the way you think the judges perceive what is happening ?

What i mean be this is..........sometimes when there is an official KD and you have had the benefit of the replay which suggests its NOT a KD, should you knowing this......... score that round a KD because that is officially something that the judges are going to HAVE to score, or just ignore it because you know it was not a KD because you have seen the slow mo?

Would you score the fight on who you see winning the fight and write off official KD or points take away unfairly or should you score official KD/Points taken off.

I guess strictly speaking you have to score the fight within the rules but if there are official KD's in the fight that were wrong calls on the referees part, then the best man might not be the winner.

Score it how you see it yourself. After it's over, watch the fight again and try scorin from the judges' perspective.

I think they should adapt to the new rules set by sports such as Lawn Tennis, whereby a competitor may invoke an instant replay and can overrule a referee.

A known case is in the 1st Pac-Barrera fight, especially in the 1st round, when the referee seems to be confused, and when instant replays were showing the complete opposite of his decisions the judges were forced to abide by his decisions in spite of his flaws.

They need to implement "instant replay" and that would clear a lot of this bull**** judging up.

That alone would clear up when referees mess up and rule legit knockdowns slips, and vice versa.

It would also clear up the "punch, or accidental headbutt" crap that happens a lot of times whenever a cut is caused and the refere either didn't see it, or rules the wrong way.

I score based on who lands the most punches, and who landed the most effective punches. With effective I mean shots that were the most damaging throught the round. Obviously we all know how to score knockdowns and fouls. Once it's official its official. In a normal round, if someone did enough to win a round they get 10 points. If neither did, then I score the round a draw.

              Yes.

Remember Whitaker had a point deduction because of an accidental head butt but there was some rule saying that he had to be punished for it.

Something like that, i cant remember exactly.

Sounds familiar. Was that the Mayweather fight,or am I confused?

                Anyway ; agreed.

We need instant replay in this sport badly.

I mean if a guy scores a legit KD, and doesn't get awarded it, yet the replay clearly shows a legit KD ; then you're basically robbing the guy of his hard work.

                Look at Barrera/Marquez.

And imagine how instant replay could've cleared up that whole Cintron/Martinez meltdown.

i score it how i see it
i dont think throwing 20 punches a round and landing 8 is ring generalship like some people seem too lol
i understand the judges have a hard job,but they are too easily influenced sometimes imo
