This is about showing what a megastar does with his status whether he wins or loses because he understands that there are fights that the fans want to see.

oscar went out like a *****...running on a track with pac and not saying a word to freddie roach...talking about people like they mean nothing...beating up 2 pound forbes...knowing he was twice as small just to get props for beating someone up...crying about how floyd didn't win the fight simply cause he was more active...firing certain trainers and people because they associate with others...letting hollywood turn his ass...the dude just didn't have a good end of career run...but regardless...he will be a hall of famer and he will go down as one of the greatest...

Ruelas - Who is he? I grabbed 10 people and asked who he is and nobody could answer.

Whitaker - already had a loss and a draw so not worth getting in the ring with.


Quartey - not enough PPVs to make it worthy.


Trinidad - Puerto Rico isn't a big enough island to worry about their fighters and doesn't work with Don King fighters.

Mosley - Pomona is East LAs ***** and Mosley doesn't have a big enough fan base, therefore, it isn't necessary to prove whos the best.

Gatti - Hes got four losses.

Vargas - His hairstyle is lame and he didn't even make the Olympic team.

Sturm - Hes a Euro and too green.

Hopkins - He beat Trinidad only because the blueprint was already laid out to beat him, Bernard needs to step up his PPV numbers.



Granted, I'm not the biggest DLH fan, but as an ambassador of the sport, he more often than not made the big fights that needed to be made.

Lets thank our lucky stars he had enough balls to take on some of the best challenges presented to him without making lame excuses, win, lose or draw.

De La Hoya did some cherry picking but he did fight the names people wanted to see him fight against. He never gave Pernell a rematch though.

He did lose the majority of his big fights tho...

Yea, but we all know Floyd doesn't make excuses.

Thats why for Floyds entire career, fans have been killing eachother in droves just to get a ticket to see him massacre someone.
