Manny vs Floyd is an epic fight...unlike you(at least lately or maybe always)...I put boxing way before any specific alliance with 1 fighter.

I would be ecstatic if Money and Manny got made...It would be the fight of the decade without a doubt.

Cotto would not fade to black there still is a lot viable opponents for Miguel...Shane Williams Berto...All these fights are solid...sure they don't have the same luster as a Pac bout...but I can live with Manny vs May for the greater good of the sport...and I would also enjoy it immensely....but until the fight is signed I do hope Cotto gets to fight Pac first....I think it will happen this way...but if it turns out for May then I'm not going to be sore about it.

Floyd can flap his gums all he wants, its going to catch up to him. His last 3 fights were DLH, Hatton and now JMM. The fact is that there isn't a BIG money fight in his career where the opponent is not a massive threat to his abilities as a fighter. I'm not saying he won't win, but he's scared ****less that he can lose his undefeated record. There are two problems for Floyd the first being that by passing on all these fights when he retired, he's not doing himself any favors by getting older. Two, JMM is not a push over and if Floyd loses all the **** talking and him wanting more money than Paq, Mosley or Cotto will bite him right in the ass because he'll NEED those fights and they can say well... I(Cotto/Paq/Mosley) want more money if you want to fight me then sign if not, tough ****.
