Sure Pacquiao is overrated as ****, and his fans just have wet dream about him everynight. Beating a shot Morales (who got beaten by ZAHIR RAHEEM, by DAVID DIAZ) and winning a crooked decision, where he got outboxed by Marquez, are his accomplishments. Pacquiao has speed and power but that's it. He can't fight from the ropes, doesn't have a good defense and doesn't have any charisma. He's the poorest P4P king ever.

Pernell, Shane, Floyd and Roy Jr. are way above him.
