ESPN Classic is going to be a pay station.

I just got a notice from Comcast that ESPN Classic is being added to the Sports Entertainment Package. I get the NFL Network instead. Sounds like a decent trade but ESPN Classic shows great replays of fights. They also have picked up some good live fights recently. I'm not happy right now. HBO can't pull off anything and ESPN Classic is going away. What am I supposed to do? I'm ordering Showtime for one.

Did anyone else hear about this?

It's been that way in Philly for over 2 years now...5 bucks for a bunch of soccer and Fox Sorts networks...sucks.

this is my biggest quip with comcast.... they've been in this dispute with NFL network for a long time... but it sucks that of course, to get something we have to give something....business as usual

as far as shotime goes, i just cancelled them, they had a pretty ****ty first half of the year and even when they did put on a card it was decent but too few and far between. with the SMW tourney coming up i may pick them back up.
