I think Floyd face Judah before Cotto so that is what I think he means. But Cotto faced Mosley, Margarito and Clottey (3 top 5 WW) And Floyd has never faced them, So Floyd is wrong when it comes to Cotto.

Mayweather neve looked impressive in WW division. He just let they oponnents try everything out and prove that's useless.

Pacquiao doesn't give a chance for his opponents and beat them with easy.

Both are impressive

Pacquiao wasnt impressive against Marquez neither did he do it convincingly
