With, or without plaster ; I see Margarito beating Cotto 10 times out of 10. He's a stylistic nightmare for Cotto, and if after he comes back, it's proven that he can still absorb shots like they're nothing ; Cotto loses.
No knock on Miguel, it's just a bad style matchup for him.
That said, Margarito is a dirty cheating ***** who deserved what he got. And when he does come back, nobody is going to give 2 ****s about him anyway because his reputation is in shambles and I don't see any way of building it back.
