Roach was shouting to everybody that Oscar will starve himself to death when they announced Oscar will weigh 145 lbs weeks before the fight.
But nobody listened. Everybody was saying Oscar is too big and too strong. Some called the fight a circus act.

ok you dumb ass erik morales lost a trilogy to barrera then lost a tune up fight to zahir raheem!!!! erik was already losing!!! you cant argue that!!! he was losing!!! and he was having trouble making 130lbs!!! he faught zahir raheem at 135 lbs then pleeded to manny pac to make the fight at 132!!! manny said no cuz he is a *****!!! morales killed himself to make weight!!! you can even see how he looked in the weigh in!!!drained!!! so how are you going to say morales was prime when he lost a tune up fight then lost to manny pac??
