I haven't, but I saw Drago punch one in Rocky IV! I would love to punch one though and if I got the chance would definitely give it a go. Also, I thought they measured power not speed. I guess they have one that does both.

Your right, they do measure power. They have some type of a lazer machine that can measure speed though.

Lazers are cool! But I definitely would punch two different ways. One for speed and one for power to see the effects of both. How much speed is sacrifised for power and vice versa. That would be pretty interesting.

I've knocked out a meteor at the arcades on that punch machine. That measured your power although it was a game but the measuring was accurate.
