Kotelnik's fights with M'baye and Witter

How fair were these decisions? I see he lost a split decision in France vs. M'baye and then drew him in their rematch in the UK. He also lost a UD to Witter in the UK. I haven't seen any of those 3 fights, were they fair decisions?

Also, isn't it funny how Prescott knocks Khan out silly in the 1st round, yet Prescott is on ESPN FNF this weekend while Khan is fighting for the WBA 140 championship? That's boxing for you.

All am going to say is no-one has clearly beaten Kotelnik, I havent seen his fight with Mbaye in france but i saw his fight with Witter and the rematch with Mbaye and to tell the truth he could have worked away with victory in those fights if the fight was in germany.
