Some New Faces for BoxingScene website please! Who should be the "faces" of boxing?
Ok...so its Floyd, Cotto, Pac, DLH, Klits, Hatton and Calzaghe.....
Who do you guys think should represent boxing like it should be represented?
Warriors...fighters...boxers who don't back down, who don't whine and will fight anyone, anywhere and anytime....
Here are my 7 faces.....
Main Page: Floyd ---> I'm fine with this since he is back....
Forums: Cotto ---> Pac...since he is becoming THEE most blogged/ threaded fighter so far...for negative and positive reasons.
Feedback: Pac ---> P-Will...He should be in the top 5 if not top 3 P4P rankings and that's pretty much what everyone and anyone has to say about P-Willy. If people say "he doesn't have the Face for boxing"...well we all agree that he is doing what a true fighter should...so give him his due and get his name and face out there...
Gallery: DLH ---> B-Hop....represents the "art" of boxing....plus he's older than DLH, more talented (at this stage) and is very capable of beating the younger, hungrier fighters.
Video: Klit ---> "Old School Fighters" (Ali, Foreman, Frazier, Norton etc..) and changed monthly...shouldn't be too hard for someone sitting behind a keyboard.
Schedule: Hatton ---> Juan Manuel Marquez...Top p4p fighter, proved over and over again his skill can and will beat youth. If you give Pacquiao credit, this man is the reason and is the other side of THAT coin.
Control Panel: Calzaghe ---> Larry Merchant...need I say more?
