I would love a fight between Juanma and Hozumi, that will be a war.

Or fight Agbeko, Donaire, Darchinyan or Mares, there's plenty of potential great fights for this Japanese Superstar!!

The WBC has **** ratings for 118.

He's defending his title and is displaying a lot more killer instinct and power these days.

I'd personally like see him and Anselmo Moreno go at it, but I know that's wishing a little hard.

I do wonder if they use different training methods on the orient.

Not bad but his pitty pat jab and way he drops it very low after he lets it out each time, he's asking to be timed and countered. I think his opposition just sucks so they haven't made him pay for it. I don't know, I don't buy into any hype until fighter comes out of his country.

Impressive ko victory. I gave him that. He should fight in the US.

Interesting someone can be a champion and never fought outside Japan.
You mean you've heard of before. I'm sure you watch tons of Bantamweights. Malinga was legit, off a win over Sahaprom and neither he or Rocha had ever been stopped. Two first round KOs...Hasegawa belongs on P4P lists.

anyone up for Hasegawa vs Penalosa besides me??? Gives Penalosa the opportunity for a final great performance before retirement and Hasegawa that really big step up in competition for us to see if he can really bring it against an iron chinned savvy vet.

He had a big step up. He beat Sahaprom twice and that's easily as impressive as Penalosa would be at this point. Malinga was a serious contender and he walked on dude.

I'm sure he has a better jab than that, he's just throwing the pity pat **** out there so he can't lose on the scorecards if it goes to the judges. Japs would never screw a national.
