I need some clarification. I understand that each bout is 12 rounds, and that each win accumulates points in the group stages. The questions I have are:
1. if a fighter loses at any point throughout the tournament, does it account to a loss on their professional record or doesn't it count towards it as it's a tournament? If so, I'm suprised the undefeated fighters took such a massive risk knowing their record is on the line and that this could make or break their careers.
2. how will the UKers watch the tournament and on what channel?
3. how spaced out will the fights be, because as I understand it the fighters must fight each other in the group stages but we all know boxing is a sport where injuries are common, does the tournament transcend over a few weeks or months? fighters need recovery time..
thanks.
