Pacquiao hasn't fought any of Floyd's threats...

And Floyd wouldn't fight Cotto at a catchweight...

I'd put Cotto in there before Winky...Cotto beat Zab, past prime Shane, Clottey, and Quintana...and Malignaggi and Torres are decent fighters.
Good point. Might depend on how he looks losing. There's been instances where a fighters stature increases despite a loss (leonard/hearns 1)

I'd say Paul Williams should be included here at least top 5

But if Pac beats them even at a catchweight, there is no reason for Floyd to fight them. He will claim his fame to greatness again by beating directly Pac without fighting those guys.

Well if Pac beat Cotto wouldn't that make him a better fighter? Floyd-Marquez was scheduled a while back...before talks of Cotto-Pac.

And if Pac beat Cotto and then Floyd went after Cotto people would say he was fighting Pac's leftovers...just as Cotto fought Judah and Corley after Floyd...

1 more win for Pac will be his 3rd fighter of the year award for this decade.
