The highest Cotto has been was 159 and that was once, more likely Cotto will be 152-155. A few lbs Pacquiao wouldn't be able to handle. Pacquiao can't face the bigger guys?

Really, I don't care. I like both fighters, but if one can't tangle with the other in his terrority and has to make special rules to do so, he shouldn't be even thinking about getting in the ring with that fighter, period.

Pac would have to move up beat Williams at 154..then turn around and beat Pavlik at 160..then cap it off with beating Kessler at 168..Not happening.
