That makes no sense !

Before he lost to Forrest, he was looking like the best fighter in the world.
If he was overrated then...just how overrated was Oscar at 147, because Shane handled him then ?

He's not overrated....he's just not that special at 154.

The style of fighting Shane used that night was better than the style of fighting Oscar used that night. Same goes for the rematch but the other way around. After he beat Oscar who did Shane go fight? Antonio Diaz, Shannon Taylor and I think he fought Adrian Stone and then was took apart by Forrest. Of course he was looking like the best fighter in the world until he stepped it up again and lost to Forrest. Shane didn't do enough at that time for me to call him the best pound for pound like many people were. That's why I say he was overrated at welterweight.

Go watch his fights at 135/140 and you will see why he deserved to be called "Sugar". He was that good.
