Thing is, I'd pick Pacquiao over Cotto even at 147. Still, it'd be a very competitive fight, which could go either way, depending on which Cotto shows up. I don't see why we're talking about a catchweight here, Pacquiao is making himself look bad, more so because he faught DLH at 147.

But like some fans said, DLH is weight drained.

I would like to see it at 147 too but 145 is just to make the fight even.

Cotto should challenge Pacquiao's lineal belt at 140 so he can get full recognition. Beating Pac at 145 or 147 won't get him credit.

He would be severely drained at 140... you saw what he was like back then his chin wasn't holding up cause he was at a too low weight and wasn't comfortable fighting there.
