the average filipino is about 5'5 or so.

the average brit or american is about 5'10.

most cruiserweights and heavyweight are 6 foot or taller.

a filipino at cruiserweight or heavyweight is about as likely as an american or brit at strawweight or flyweight.



maybe in the future as the younger generations get taller.

yeah but that was a long time ago. brits were much shorter then.

i think it's the food to be honest. so much hormones and steroids in food in westernized countries nowadays.

i'm 5'8. i've notice that my asian friends who were born outside the u.s. were my height or shorter. while all my asian friends born in america are all taller than me.

chinese from hong kong and taiwan are taller than chinese in mainland china.

south koreans are 4 inches taller on average than their north korean counterparts.

mexicans born in mexico are about 5'4-5'5 while mexican-americans are about 5'7-5'8.

the more westernized a country is , the taller their population it seems.

Both the Masai and the Mandinka (aka Mandingos) are known for being tall, with the women being over 6 feet and the men close to 7
