Why would he want to kill him? He needs him alive for his testimony & cross-examination. If anyone aside from the wife killed him it would probably be those who don't want the truth/full details coming out. That certainly isn't Gamache.

I think his so called permanent head injury is a little exaggerated anyway. He suffers chronic migraines, but so do 25% of all fighters when it is all said and done. He picked the wrong sport if he was trying to avoid head trauma.

What happened to him sucks, but he knew the risks going in. He accepted those risks just as Gatti had through his own career.

Fighters who do suffer permanent injuries should get a pension though. The Promoters, athletic commisions etc should have a fund for such tragic events. We need to make sure the Gamache's and McClellan's of the world have something to get them through. Suing will only open up a whole new can of worms and threatens the sport when you see crazy ass 100 million dollar judgments etc.

gamache is fine - training boxers; he's actually underrated in that department. But the fact that Gatti won't be testifying sux.

Well it was supposed to begin this week but I won't be surprised if it's postponed. Either way, sucks for Gamache.

Because of what happened when Gatti fought Gamache, when Gatti weighed about 20lbs more on fight night. They're charging the NYSAC with being complicit in covering up Gatti being unable to make the weight. Basically, that they cheated at the scales.

so yeah, it would make absolutely no sense for gamache to be involved in his murder
