Yeah they're half brothers, I think they were reunited as adults or some ****. Michael was already a boxing announcer, and they went into business together. I saw some feature on it once.

I find Bruce Buffer extremely cringeworthy. His lame UFC catchphrase "It's tiiiiiime" is hollow and lacks any sort of substance.
Michael Buffer is indeed the man. Nothing gees me up more than when he belts out:
"Let's get ready to rumbbbbbbble"
