No disrespect to Cotto but a lot of people thinks that Clottey won the fight. If the bout was held in Las Vegas and/or LA most probably judges will give Clottey the UD.

Personally, I don't hate the guy, I just think that based on his last two fights it seems that his over his prime. I used to be a fan but lost it when he fought Margarito and then Clottey.

How do you look good against Clottey>

Honestly, how would Pacquiao do against Clottey? He would get beat and you know it.

It doens't matter what "some people think", the judged, that night, decided Cotto won. and let's be real...Clottey had cotto on the run in the MID rounds and he didn't push miguel hard enough, Cotto was ready to crumble, and Clottey made mistake of allowing him to recover his momentum, and he did **** in the last two rounds, that's just a fact, CLOTTEY lost this fight, COTTO didn't WIN IT. And Cotto was the one who got the knockdown, not lottey.

That's just the way life is buddy.

Many people think that oscar had the tito fight in the bag, just because he had it in the bag, does not mean u have to "start running" away to secure it, he made a mistake that cost him his first mayor fight of his career.

Some people think pacquiao lost to marquez twice but bottomline its what the judges said.

In cottos defense Clottey was the challenger he had to "Take" the belt away from Cotto.
Cotto couldve easily taken his UD after the 4th round but chose to go 12 rounds. To give that fight to clottey wouldve been robbery. Cotto gave up some rounds since clottey had a busted up Cotto but never the less he lost the championship rouds which was proof that Cotto did his job and put fear in clottey to not let his hands fly or he would get Countered and hurt. I have never seen clottey fight so cautiously ever.

Anyways, I don't know why Clottey fought like a bum that night but still he can handle Cotto's best shots. However, something happened with Cotto after he fought Margarito. The Cotto now is not the Cotto that I got used to admire before he fought Margarito.

Its the same old cotto. Cotto has always been vulnerable because he has holes in his defense and his stamina is not elite.
