many asked the same type of question after the passing of corrales and my answer to this question is identical to the answer i gave to the same question regarding corrales: There will NEVER be another Arturo Gatti. Ever.

He was the real life rocky.

the guy who wasnt the most gifted in terms of boxing ability and natural talent/skill but he was equal when you weigh in the amount of courage, heart, and will he was naturally blessed with. So many great rounds and fights defying the odds. He made a very nice career out of it and never sent the fans home unhappy. a people's champion if you will.

Its extremely sad to hear this news and i can't even begin to imagine what his family and friends are going through at this point in time.

Never will i forget gatti or his hollywood script like amount of courage and heart.

I hope he is given a proper send off in and out of the boxing world and hope he's shown the same amount of respect as he deserves.
