One of my all time favs..if not my all time fav.

I can only say this about him and maybe a couple others...but of this era, he's one of those fighters who gave it his all and left everything in the ring in every one of his fights.

          a true legend.

This is yet another sad day for boxing with yet another fallen warrior that we all loved. I’m utterly speechless, and can’t only help but reminisce on Arturo’s fights but the many memories I had surrounding his fights. Arturo thanks for the wars, thanks for the memories and thanks for being the people’s champ that we here at Boxingscene.com and fans all over the world will remember you for.

            Peace (R.I.P)

I'm so gutted. Words cannot describe it. The strongest heart in the world stopped beating today people. Rest in peace Arturo.

Arturo will always be the measuring stick when we talk about a fighters heart. He is the ultimate pure guts warrior that I have seen in my lifetime.

I can't believe this. This actually hurts man one of my all time favorite i loved watching gatti everytime he stepped into the ring. There's many fighters with great talent but little fighters that can come close to what gatti had in his heart and soul. I can't believe this.this is why gatti showed the heart he did, to leave a legacy one day when he was gone i just wish it wasn't today rip champ
