Challenger Gevor sports a record of 30-3 (16 KO) and is perhaps best known for being on the receiving end of the Abrahammer in a spectacular KO 2 years ago. Since then Gevor actually has qualified for tonights fight with 3 straight wins including an impressive stoppage of finn Amin Asikainen in Helsinki.

Abraham's KO of Gevor is here with Henry Maske commentating:

That would be cool to see Pav fight in Europe cuz in the US we are too poor to have that kind of purse for these two.

I don't know if it's planned to go ahead in Germany. I think Pavlik would want more than 50/50 to go there TBH.

Oh and BILD said it was AT LEAST 7 million euros.

Gevor knocked out Asikainen. Hopefully he does well, can't see him winning though.

Didn't you say though, that Asikainen wasn't really very good?
                  I seem to recall that.

Gevor's a decent fighter. I mean he really only lost to the top of the heap at 154 and 160...

Asikainen's fights with Sylvester are excellent and punishing fights.
