The SMW tourney is almost too good to be true..

It's very rare that promoters are willing to compromise and put this kind of thing together, in this day and age.

In a world where JCC Jr. is a PPV attraction, it's crazy to see that all of these guys will be willing to man up and fight the best in the world. It makes me a fan of all of them.

I dont know.... For some reason I think it is all too good to be true....

All of the big names in the division going at it....

No money issues, no TV issues, no promtoers hating each other...

Just good ol' best vs best....

        Yes. Bravo Sauerland.

If Froch hadn't won against Taylor, it would have been impossible. Two unbeaten champs, a former unified champ and two belts made it interesting, even for the us based - who usually make more money if they can fight a domestic division hero...
Respect to Froch and his promoters. He didn’t look convincing against Taylor, i was afraid he would hide and protect his belt for a while..

I wasn't talking in terms of revenue and all that ****.. That stuff is what today's game is mainly about.

What I was talking about is the fact that a fighter with the caliber of experience and skill of JCC Jr. can be a PPV draw, yet all of these world class, top notch athletes are entering the same tourney. Seems backwards, you know? But of course the fans win in this situation.

Pretty sure you sign a contract for the complete tourney, with equal payoffs along the way and a bonus for the winner.
