Shane would have beat him back then. He is faster and naturally stronger. Not to mention Floyd didn't develop his impregnable defense until later in his career.

Floyd was alot more offensive oriented back then, fighting guys who have no defense and run straight at you. (excluding the few such as Corrales etc.) Mosley would have gave him a run for his money and would eventually beat him.

The Corrales fight wasn't at 135...Floyd didn't have impregnable defense back then? Go watch the Ndou fight, my friend...

So your gonna compare Ndou to Mosley.

Floyd was barely developing it. He didn't sharpen and polish that impregnable defense until later when he became what people call "a runner".

Well we were really talking about his defense at 135...the shoulder roll was already being used...sneaking in elbows were as well

People claim he ran against Castillo the 2nd time...he beat Castillo to the punch and moved all night.

Running(if that's what ppl wanna call it) aint really defense...

Neither Shane or Floyd beat any GREAT fighters at 135...

Mayweather was faster than Mosley at 135 easily. RJJ even said PBF was the cloest to him when talking about speed. Mayweather would get a wide UD over Mosley. It would not even be close. Name me a top American fighter Mosley has beaten??
