Why Is Carl Froch....

So overrated?

I think the guy put on the most entertaining fight this year when he fought Taylor. But why do people think he can beat BHop, Kessler, Abraham etc?

The guy is an absolute tank. I've said it before, but I'll say it again, probably one of the best chins in boxing right now. Which is why he feels so comfortable fighting the way he does. He's got great stamina too.

I just think that anyone who fights a little bit defensively against Froch will completely expose him.

In my mind, Froch will beat anyone in a brawl. But what happens when he goes against a fighter that isn't lured into brawling with him?


I'm not convinced about Froch, he's a worthy belt holder. But I don't think he'll be able to compete with some of the top fighters from surrounding divisions.

I ain't a hater, I just can't see anything that special in him?

Thoughts on Froch? I'd like to know what some people see in him and why they think who's so good.

Nobody overrates him. I see he gets some respect here for the Pascal and Taylor wins. Not much crazy hype over him tho.

he's got good power, good stamina, great chin, great heart,

he's a fighter, but not so much a boxer.

His power isn't even that good though.

He tires himself out fast throwing a lot of punches, plus the fact he has no defense means he's vulnerable to body shots.

Those are only the dellusional UK fans, and Clazaghe nut huggers like rocky. Hopkins would probably stop Froch. If you block punches with your face and have bad defense do not **** with Hopkins.

I think he's going to get exposed soon and in spectacular fashion.

I reckon Clottey should move up to SMW and fight him.
