lol, well it was on Valero's website. His contract states a fight with Pacquiao will happen, as long as Pacquiao is an active boxer.

If Pacquiao-Cotto falls out because of the bull**** that is being done now. Then why not put Valero in there with Pacquiao? You will get decent to great numbers for their fight. The Phillipino Slugger vs The Venezuelan Bomber.
