Yep, as Jim mentioned, he may have slowed down now. I think Gamboa, Berto, and Pacquiao are some of the quickest. Judah was quicker than all of them in his prime though, but Gamboa is close.

What he said, he is fast, but not the fastest... its mainly his technique and timing that makes him look faster and helps him being about to beat fast guys to the punch.
