I have never viewed Floyd as having exceptionally fast hands like a prime Shane Mosley, but one thing that are super fast are his reflexes.

Mayweather has unbelievably quick reflexes.

I think Gamboa's real fast. Pacquiao's fast, but he just seems really fast against slower guys (which is a no brainer).

Floyd's fast, but nothing out of this world fast. Sweet pea was fast too in a similar was as Floyd. They don't (or didn't) use their speed with constant punching more than trying to be accurate.
