How ironic would that be if Cotto vs Mosley was made in November and Pacquiao was the one left without an opponent

Pacman said during a couple of his interviews back in the Philippines, it might be his last fight. He already consulted his family about retiring.
And he's running for a congressional seat back in his hometown on 2010. And likely to win it. And if he does, he will probably retire.
If Pacman will be left without an opponent this year, prolly he doesnt give a d*mn about it. He's ready to retire.
And all of those calling his name will lose a big money fight. And most, if not all of them, will be fighting for a measly payday... bread crumbs if you may call it.

Nope. There is a clause in Valero's contract that guarantee's a fight with Pacquiao as long as Pacquiao doesn't retire.

If Mosley-Cotto happens in Nov. Count on Valero-Pacquiao happening. Valero said he doesn't mind moving up to make it happen either.

It would be a cheap move for Cotto to jump over to GBP. Arum has treated him very well and got him some fantastic fights along with great paydays.

GBP seems rather chaotic and in disarray right now. They have been insulting Cotto publicly also. I mean just the other day DLH said that Arum picked Cotto as an opponent over Mosley because Cotto is easy pickings for Manny. What the hell?
