True man Cotto beats Marg with similar plan cause is very average fighter, but lets not discredit Shane's win.. great fighter!

Did you notice how Resto was letting his hands go just like Phony Margarita? It's the same style. Just look at Resto with loaded gloves and then watch Tony who was also accused and caught using loaded wraps, it's just a guy throwing punches and just hoping they land because they will cause damage when they do. A lot of similarities here folks.

normally fighters throw punches with a purpose, even colossal fighters with brute strength like vitali klit and george foreman place their punches to do max damage with minimum effort. KO artists like hearns, jackson and mclellan also look to place their punches.

margarito and resto don't they kow that the with their loaded gloves they can walk through whatever the other guy throws at them, that psychological advantage along with the harder gloves gives them a huge advantage.

Many fighters have done this in the past. Back in the old days it was more common than it is now.

I don't know if Marg loaded his gloves vs Cotto, can't say for sure. I don't think any pictures of the wraps, or the gloves can tell that. If they were loaded in the Cotto fight, he didn't really try and conceal them in anyway. He took his gloves off, did interviews, I mean it doesn't seem like something you would do if you had something in your gloves.

Or maybe he didn't know.

Persoanlly I think he did know, was caught cheating and got the punishment he deserved.

In time we will see if he can come back from this and be champ once again. I will say it again tho, if he did have that plaster, it must have been in his chin as well because he absorbed some serious shots from Cotto.

No way Margarito used plaster, he would not cheat. His punches are soooooooooooo powerful that it just does that much damage.....YEA RIGHT....look at Mosley's face and look at Cotto's face....AND COTTO BEAT MOSLEY. Yes, there is no proof but does any SMART individual think that margarito started cheating at mosley fight.

What fans don't realize is that first couple of rounds there is no damage but as the fight goes on the plaster hardens and it's like bricks in the gloves and the damage will be done in the middle rds. We are not saying that it's a given that he used plaster in cotto fan, just to see cotto's face in previous fights and his face in that fight and come up with an intelligent reason why his face looked that bad. Margarito is that strong??

You have to remember tho that Mosley's face wasn't the same as cotto's because Mosley wasnt getting hit as much as cotto was getting hit in the face... dosn't even come close to the amout of punches that cotto toke to the face... Mosley fought a great fight because he was able to avoid Margarito's punches.

Why people cant accept the fact that Cotto lost because of his fcking pride not because of that mythical plaster people claims that Margarito had in that fight.He decided to trade against margarito instead to fight smart like Shane.

I dont know Dude... For the 1st half of that fight Cotto was doing a pretty good impression of Floyd on the defense.. he was slipping and dodging Marg..and countering almost at will..

I'm looking for excuses, he got caught and served the time. I just don't know if he cheated vs Cotto and as much as you want to think you know know you don't.

*** Margarito, if he never comes back I won't lose any sleep, I just can't say I know something when I wasn't there to witness it.
