I'm sorry, this is probably just me but I don't like the idea of a tournament if the number of competitors is not 4, 8, 16, 32, etc.
just getting that out there

Heavyweights:
Wladimir, Vitali, Povetkin, Chambers, Haye, Arreola

Junior Middleweights:
Martinez, Williams, Dzinziruk, Santos, Cintron, Spinks

Welterweights:
Cotto, Margarito, Mayweather, Mosley, Berto, Clottey

Super lightweights:
Pacquiao, Bradley, winner of Khan-Kotelnik, Maidana, Marquez, Campbell

Lightweight and middleweight are going to be difficult the divisions are pretty empty

light welterweight - pacman, bradley, campbell, maidana, witter, holt
lightweight - JMM, prescott, valero, guzman, juan diaz, casamayor

would have more people cos is hard and i think you would be more surprised cos there would be a dark horse if there were more people
