      Who cares about titles?

The SMW titles are worthless now.

This tournament will decide the heir of Joe Calzaghe.

:'( thank you to everyone who made this possible

I think either Froch or Kessler will win it. Dirrel and Ward are overhyped. I'm American and I realize they haven't fought anybody. They would have a good chance against Abraham and Taylor, but they are going to get knocked out of the first round of the tournament because of who they are up against.

are the belts actually on the line?

kessler hasnt fought since october last year. if he doesnt come atleast 3rd im gonna dislike him even more.

as for mundine getting KO'ed by ottke that is weird considering mundine is good and ottke has only ever got 6 KO's in 34 fights and hasnt really fought big names, mundine and johnson is about it.

This is going to be great! Boxing needs more things like this to happen....SMW has become one of the best divisions in boxing and I love it. Sadly my man Lacy is not in the mix, nor does he deserve to be but I'm just saying.....I still support him like always.

(never ever give a fighter an option - they should always have that never quit, never lose engraved in their fighting DNA) no lucien bute?? NO ALLEN GREEN? come on, i mean i honestly like Ward and Dirrell, but this tournament is too long, good idea, but bad logistics / rules / execution - they should have studied the HBO middle weight tourny, where hopkins won, to get a clue on how to put this thing together!! round robin is for basketball, baseball, etc.. not boxing, there should always be a win or go home mentality. Do not get me wrong i will watch, because i am a SERIOUS FAN OF THE SPORT!!! but Lou dibella should really get chin checked for not getting his better super middle weight into this tourney, he would have a far better chance of promoting his company with a charismatic warrior - and he cannot use the excuse that green doesn't have the name, that is the reason for this tourny for everyone involved to get the exposure they need - so his only fighter will suffer a ko in this, and the bad thing is, he will not be eliminated, so he might get ko'd 2x's - like i said in earlier threads, dibella must have alot of coin invested in taylor - the worst thing for that mans career was getting that bs gift decision from B hop the first fight - that was a dibella event!! and dibella was having that defamation lawsuit against hopkins...As you all see, i just wish the best fought the best and taylor is not the best right now...i have nothing bad to say about the other contestants because they are all at the top of their game or close to it - add green and bute to make it a tourny of 8 - smart asses....
this tourny could have different names but this is a lot better than watchin kessler and abraham fight bums all over europe!!!!!!!!!! Dirrell and Ward are green but this is their time where they can show what they offer!!!!! Taylor is in their for his name but he has a chance to revitalize his career which i dont think he'll do anyway..and Froch is a new champion whose fights are never boring!!!!!!!Can't wait for the official announcement...hope throughout this everything goes smooth with no injuries!!!!!!!!!!!!

Has it been said if these fights are all gonna headline pay per view..if they are on championship boxing thatd be ****in awesome!!!!!!!!!!!

This tournament is frigging great idea and it's gona be big you can tell.
