In looking for different ways people out there are working out with the heavy bag so I can include some of it in my workout...I ran into this clown....I swear I could not stop laughing at this kid...and he actually has the balls to put out a training vid...wow.... When he starts rubbing his head on the bag I damn near pissed my self...no lie....hahahaha

I think he's more into Mui-Thai than boxing. i look at his stance and the things he's trying to do and I think he's more versed in MMA.

You get tons of people who think that they know what they are talking about. I have had people on here tell me the most rediculous things on how they train, not to do this or to do that.

I don't claim to be the know all of boxing but I have been taught by people that have been doing this for a very long time. It takes a very long time to master any martial art and unless you are an expert in it, you should never put out any sort of video....

Tell you what newbs....go buy a 75 pound CANVAS heavy bag, and punch it for 3 minutes at half power with no gloves and no wraps...

hitting a bag with no gloves will leave you with red,scratched up knuckles..at the very least you should always wear handwraps when hitting the bag
