There's No Reason the Klitschkos Can't [potentially] Be Outjabbed

People make far too many excuses. The fact of the matter is that the Klitschkos are good fighters who haven't faced quality opponents. There's no excuse for the likes of Rahman, who has an 82'' reach. Saying the Klitschkos are only successful because of their size is barely a half-truth. The fact is that they're big and quite talented. Their opponents should be going out with power jabs and really going for it. Most of them aren't good enough. It's not about size though. That's an excuse.

All you need is some head movement, and a counter right hand.

for the klitschkos its about speed, timing and distance, when controlling a fight with their jab. the threat of the right hand means the jab is given less attention. distance allows only them to land a punch and the speed allows their punches to land efore an opponent can move or land their own punches. it isnt only about size, which does help, but i think that helps less than speed, timing, distance as well as the threat of the right hand. nikolai valuev doesnt have nearly as good of a jab. i dont know much about historical giants technically, but i dont think they all controlled fights with their jabs as especially wladimir but also vitali does

Klitschko's can be beat with pressure. they don't know how to handle pressure fighters. Sanders proved this with Vitali in the first round, and Sam Peter proved this with Wladimir. But this style requires good conditioning and a powerful punch. they haven't faced anyone with both yet.

Yeah, I know it's a mixture of things. But it ultimately boils down to who has the gonads to go out there and do it, and be focused at the same time. Even Lennox was being outjabbed by Bruno and Mercer. Bruno was very fired up for that fight [not many Klitschko opponents seem to be?], and Mercer had the gonads to go out and put authority in his jab, although his chin certainly helped as well.

and some balls not to get discouraged after getting hit by the first punch.

bob & weave and follow up with a hook to the head then press X to push him off into the ropes and repeat.

Not sure how someone can say the Klitschko's are dodging anyone. Seems to me like top contenders are the ones who dodge them. They seem to take on all comers and go out of their way to fight guys with hype. I mean Haye doesnt really deserve a title shot, but he'll get one to shut him up. So who is this big strong fast and conditioned heavyweight out there who wlad and vitali are ducking?
