    has pavlik become underrated?

i personally think he has...i mean hes not the first guy to get beaten by bernard. i think kelly can still do big things..and i think hes better than people give him credit for..i think hes just one of those guys that fell hard to b-hops style..give it a year he will show everybody hes one of the best

      true Larry,

AND, people are waking up to the fact that he never fights boxers, and the first time he did, it wasn't pretty.

This is the only reason I think he should have fought Mora. he needs work against guys who aren't standing in front of him all fight.

You could argue same thing happened to the other two guys expected to KO Hopkins.

Trinidad and Tarver were both heavy favourites, and both were Schooled. Both had their career's effectively over.

Maybe Pavlik is going to join them?

when someone derails Pavlik at 160, then maybe we can call him exposed.. until then... hes still a major force, and should be viewed as such..

            I think so.

Look what people were saying about pavlik before hopkins. Now it's like he's an absolute bum!! The guy KO'd everyone before hopkins came along and hopkins is an all time great.

Also, it's worth noting 160 is garbage right now. It's not his fault he's fought some bums lately. The only guys that are worth mentioning at 160 are Abraham (but he's leaving), Strum (he'll never come to america again), and Paul Williams. That's basically the division in a nutshell.

yeah ppl are a bit rough on him these days. he lost above his best weight to the greatest of our generation who also happens to by a stylistic nightmare for him. no shame in that. hes young so he can bounce back, he showed the heart of a champion in the BHop fight. however ive started to doubt him since he refuses to take on abraham. he didnt deserve all the critisism he got after the BHop fight, but hes starting to deserve it now fighting all these bums. he needs to step up.

They could have already fought Abraham.

I think Pavlik just has troubles with guys who turn him. Other than that, he is still a force, but he needs to start acting like a champion.

yea i agree...i mean people are saying pavlik cant beat a slick boxer just because he lost to bernard which i do not believe is the case..bernard hopkins is bernard hopkins full stop..there never was someone like him..hopkins isnt your run in the mill "slick boxer" which i think people need to realize..i think pavlik can beat some slick boxers just give him a chance

When exactly? I have no problem with kelly fighting rubio after getting schooled by bhop, that's expected. As far as the mora fight, that's a bit gay I admit.
