Yeah sure it was, but you cant just write off a fighter on the back of a defeat. Hatton would cause Marquez problems and any thoughts that it would be a Marquez walkover are ******ed imo. Marquez is also getting on and Hatton will pose him some problems.

JMM will still win though, but people thinking just because Hatton got a 2nd round KO against him that he's finished are idiots

I expect Marquez to knock him out.

        Probably in 7 - 9 rounds.

Exactly. I don't even really count the Pac fight in my analysis. This is purely a matter of pedigree.

JMM has it in spades and Hatton doesn't.

The Pac/hatton fight was a bit of a mirage anyway. If Pac hadn't landed that lucky punch that fight mightve turned out different.

I agree. If Pac didn't land those 2 Lucky knockdowns in round 1, Hatton might have beaten him. If there was extra 20 seconds in round 1, the outcome would be different.,

since when does hatton posses the workrate of juan diaz? the only thing hatton would be doing is holding and trying to sneak in boday pounches and rabbit punches. ive never seen anyone get "stopped on their feet" from being clinched
So you think He could take Hattons Punches? So you never seen fights being stopped like this?

Marquez of course . Since hatton will stand therein front of him marquez will out box him and make him look bad . Since hatton will be pressuring him marquez will throw 80 + punches a round like he did with juan diaz. Marquez by 10 round KO !!!!

it would be a tossup. ricky's aggressiveness and being much bigger against jmm's superior boxing skills. ricky lost to pac because of pac's footwork and southpaw stance. not to mention his speed. he cant figure out where pac was all the time, then got caught out of nowhere w/ bombs. i dont see jmm running around hatton, nor as fast as pac so ricky would be able to do what he does best, swarm and bully.
