Pranksters Are Trying to Wreck Amir Khan's Title Bid

Frank Warren’s organisation has angrily claimed that pranksters are trying to derail Amir Khan's July 18th fight against Andreas Kotelnik. Warren's son, Francis, told the Manchester Evening News that posters depicting the fight, which also give out vital ticket details, are being defaced with large, yellow 'cancelled' stickers. At least 20 posters have been defiled; it is disconcerting for all involved. [details]

This just shows how much hatred some people have against Amir Khan,I wont mince my words but this ought to be racially motivated. This is being done in Manchester not far from Amir's own home.Wouldnt be surprised that much considering the BNP **** wanted to see Amir send back to Pakistan

Just a few hours ago people were posting in threads about how much support Khan gets from the UK.

Khan has the support of the boxing community no doubt but there are sections of the public who are blatantly racist.Racism in the UK is in many forms but I think the people from Pakistan recieve the bult of it.

Of course it's racially motivated. Khan is a hell of a good fighter and deserves none of it. I'm sure these people are amongst those who booed Khan and cheered for Barrera

I think it's sad doing that.Hopefully Khan doesn't let it get to him mentally and uses their negativity to prove them wrong.
