Cotto,Mosley,PBF,Pacman- Who fights the top fighters?

Mosley- 10 fights in last 5 years with 3 ranked top 10 (at fight time)
Pacquiao- 13 fights in last 5 years with 4 ranked top 10 (at fight time)
Floyd- 8 fights in last 5 years with 3 ranked top 10 (at fight time)
Cotto- 17 fights in last 5 years with 7 ranked top 10 (at fight time)

I know we'll get people with different answers and different research. I welcome it because i always want to be corrected if i'm wrong. Thanks

I'd like to say they all fight the best but at one point or another, most have squirmed out of a challenge. If I had to choose one, I'd say Cotto. Even at 140 he was consistently fighting the best.

That's true but the second and third Morales bouts were completely unnecessary, particularly the third.

Carlos Monson was one of the BEST middlewights and he dominated that division, but no way was he going to move up and face the very good light-heavyweights during that time.

I apologize if my info was off. I was told to go by ring magazine and not the rankings from the divsions. Don't want to give wrong info and piss off any pacman, cotto, mosley or floyd fan.
