Frank Warren on Khan vs. Kotelnik: “It Won't Be Easy”

Amir Khan's promoter, Frank Warren, is expecting that his man will win next weekend's title fight against WBA belt-holder Andreas Kotelnik, but he believes it will be a tough night for the still developing Khan. [details]

    It's easy either way.

Kotelnik has slow feet, and Khan could potshot him all night.

Or Kotelnik times him and gets the kid out of there, his hands are fast and his timing is good.

Style-wise, Kotelnik is made for Khan, imo.

When he said it wont be easy, i thought he meant it wont be easy for Kotelnik. Of course it wont be easy for khan. Do you think we thought it would be easy for khan or something?

I like how it said the 'insightful' Warren.

To be fair I credit Warren with knowing a lot about the game, he is a very shrewd man. He makes the most out of fighters generally.

          Yeah Yeah!!

This is where we hear on Skysports how much of a live opponent Kotelnik is, so they can sell more PPV's.

            Anthony Small vs Matthew Hall

Makes it worth it I think. I've not been so excited about a British domestic match-up for ages. Well since Haye vs Macca.

Matthew Hall ? i dont think ive seen him fight before.

I was looking foward to Small fighting his last opponent but it fell through, i cant remember who that was supposed to be against.

Small is pretty good to watch imo, whats the other chap like, and idea ?

                Very aggressive, very strong.

He has a good chin despite being knocked out by Concepcion, but I think there were underlying reasons for that.

His nickname sums him up: 'El Torito' = Little Bull.

I'd think he takes Anthony Small out personally. But it's a great clash of styles.

                    Cheers,

Is it on the undercard to Khan vs Kotelnik or is it free on Skysports?

Small deffo leaves his chin out to dry so yeah!
