as doesn't "common sense" tell you that driving drunk can potentially cause a car accident

**on a bottle of beer for example the surgeon warning states that Alcohol impairs your ability to operate machinery

yet how many drunk driving accidents happen per year?

granted that's one example, but even if you didn't know driving drunk was dangerous, it's clearly stated on the bottle.
