That would be looking at it too simplistically. Their situations have been different. For starters, Pacquiao went pro at a very young age, was struggling to eat, got KO'd early in his career due to weight draining (trying to make 112, which he didn't, hence losing his Flyweight title on the scales), he has had many more fights than Miguel and therefore risked losing more times. You know? There are factors to consider. You can't just say "well, this guy lost more, so he's most likely to lose again" because it doesn't work quite like that.
