assuming floyd fights and beats the winner, id say PAC.
He is HOF, Top 50 ATG status, and Cotto is not.

Yea, pretty much but I would rather much watch Floyd fight Cotto.

if he fights and beats both of them.

fighting pacquiao he is just fighting ANOTHER smaller fighter.
fighting Cotto he is fighting a legit top welter.

yep, agreed, pacquiao is good, but he is not in the same weight class as floyd...floyd beats him though...and probably make top 30, but def not top 10 like he should. floyd has to fight a legit welter, but he's a dumb guy with finances so he's going to have to fight someone within his weightclass eventually, he owes 6 mill ffs.
