      Obviously not.

JMM will end up like Paq in the DLH fight and come in at 148 or so, he still be giving up near 10 pounds. Though as stated while Maweather won't use his size to pressure JMM, the power difference will show up. JMM has been dropped, of course it was from Paq who I would say is more powerful than Mayweather even if both were at 147. This time though JMM will be the one being countered and I think he'll get dropped from the sheer mass amount of consistent power shots Floyd will land. Paq might have more power with shots that are BOMBS, but Floyd with just being bigger has more overall pop with all his punches and that's how I see the size being a difference.

And really, who cares if its at 147 or 144 he still chose a lightweight because he "called him out" while Mosley, Margarito and Cotto have stated they want Mayweater even before JMM did and he passed up 3 guys in his own division for JMM. Not taking away anything from JMM, but I don't see how people say Paq is going to lose to Cotto from just the sheer size and then its a non-issue in JMM vs Mayweather. I see a late round KO for Mayweather, 10-12 somewhere in there.
Mayweather comes in around 147-48 I believe. Pretty sure hes never came in over 150. Mayweather is not the type of fighter who dehydrates himself to make weight generally. He just stays in fighting shape near his weight at all times.

So Floyd is way more experienced higher up in divisions.

JMM did all right at 135 but I swear he is slower than his prime at feather and superfeather(90 plus percent of his fights) and that's not a good thing fighting someone like Mayweather who's dealt with and handled guys who had careers much higher.

I think that's where the criticism lies. JMM is proven at lower weights and Floyd has been successful 9 times in divisions JMM has never even experienced.
EVERY SINGLE DAY fighters move up and fight guys who have been at bigger weights. Think about it.

Remember the time Mayweather moved up to 154 to earn a payday in a one-off fight against De La Hoya? Oscar had been fighting at 154 for years.

I think what will be a factor is that during his fighting days he probably walked around at 155. since he's been off I would guess he's walked around 160 to 163. which makes coming down to 144 a bit harder .
Floyd has never been 160lbs in his life...inside or outside the ring.

I've never viewed Floyd as a narural WW, 144 shouldn't be a problem for him.
