Pacqui is like that.The negotiations will take forever.If Cotto sticks to his guns the way Ricky stuck to his towards the end Pacqui will sign his bit,just call the bluff.

This is a psychological thing he is doing,this gets fighters beat before the fight because it messes with your self esteem and your planning as well.Pacq is trying to put Cotto @ every possible disadvantage.The only thing Cotto can do is to refuse to come down,Pacq wont go for Mosley because he will get his little ass spanked.So in a way he wants Cotto as much as Cotto wants pacquioa.

I feel Pacquiaos team started spouting a lot of shiet of thier mouth without having studied Cotto and now they are slowly but surely backing Pacquiao off this fight.
