Im putting real money on Berto, I think Mosley got super overrated with a win over the human punching bag. Mosley shows his age in this fight and Berto wins a close UD.

This fight would probably break the all time record for clinches before Shane lowered the boom on Berto's glass jaw. Do you think Mosley would have went the distance with Cosme Rivera and get dropped having to be saved getting a glove adjusted? This would be a garbage match up and an easy fight for Shane. And if the fight goes down, don't try to tell me I didn't tell you so.

Berto's jab is some strange ****... It's like a popped backhand or something.

Shugs would grow frustrated with him from all the holding. We'd probably see a late KO or something, and Berto getting punked out. I'm a fan of both, but for some reason this fight doesn't appeal to me. I think Berto should be taking on Clottey, and Shugs needs PWill (since Mayweather will never give him a fight).

Well there's clinching, of which Shugs does a fair amount when needed... but Berto's punch-and-hug stuff is unreal. It pisses me off to no end.

Triangle theories don't usually work, here I think they will. Collazo fights alot like Mosley, he can box but loves to brawl and goes to the body often.

The difference is, Collazo is fresher and moves better now, Mosley is faster, more powerful, better chin, smarter and has been in against much better opponents than Berto.

Berto did that in what one fight though?

Just the one? Naw. Look at the Collazo fight - he even got a point taken away for holding (whether it was right or not). He's adopted this new tactic and it's making him look really bad out there.

I used to view him as a sort of WW version of Dawson - all slick and working behind a sharp jab - but lately all of that has gone out of the window. Against that blown-up LWW Urangutan, he was very sloppy and off-balance most of the time.
