I had a serious eye injury so I decided to buy the best of the best, the Winning Usa FG-5000.
I ordered it the 30 of July after they assured me that shipping time to my country (Italy) would take no more than 5 days.
Before my order they used to answer to my queries via email in like 5 o 10 minutes. Now, after I paid the order, they don't answer anymore. It's been 9 days without a ****ing answer, and I sent a LOT of emails.
I'm really pissed, since I told them clearly that I would have need the headgear before the 25th of july, since I'm going to thailand to train. Unfortunately I can't call them since international calls are disabled on my phone.
Could someone be so polite to call them and ask about my order? I'm really pissed but I don't want to make a scene so soon, maybe they just had a problem with the computers.
If someone is willing to help me please send me a PM so I can give him my order details.
