    Bad experience with Winning Usa

    Hello,

    I had a serious eye injury so I decided to buy the best of the best, the Winning Usa FG-5000.

    I ordered it the 30 of July after they assured me that shipping time to my country (Italy) would take no more than 5 days.

    Before my order they used to answer to my queries via email in like 5 o 10 minutes. Now, after I paid the order, they don't answer anymore. It's been 9 days without a ****ing answer, and I sent a LOT of emails.

    I'm really pissed, since I told them clearly that I would have need the headgear before the 25th of july, since I'm going to thailand to train. Unfortunately I can't call them since international calls are disabled on my phone.

    Could someone be so polite to call them and ask about my order? I'm really pissed but I don't want to make a scene so soon, maybe they just had a problem with the computers.
    If someone is willing to help me please send me a PM so I can give him my order details.

      I paid for the product but I got no answer afterwards. I'm afraid they tricked me.

      It doesn't seems so difficult to me.

        So...you bought some headgear from a company in thailand, and they haven't gotten back to you about your order, and now you want one of us to call them and ask about your order because you can't on your phone.

        Go to the store and buy a 30 minute international calling card, go to a payphone, and call them.

          You totally misunderstood me:

          I'm going to fight in Thailand, this is why I bought an headgear from Winning Usa. Not a thai company.

          I'm asking here because I know that many of the users here are Winning Usa's customer.

                  BTW today I sent an email to Winning Usa with another email adress, asking about the price of a product. They replied in less than 4 hours... While my mails got unanswered for 9 days....

                  What a poor behaviour....
