Last time I checked Mexican and Mexican-American fighters were the cream of the crop of the lower weight classes throughout boxing history.

If it was easy making a career beating Mexicans......shouldn't a Puerto Rican have been able to do it?
Well you're quoting a Puerto Rican...lol They ain't exactly known for bein smart people, past or present.

As for Paq, what is there to say that hasn't been said already? The guy got past 2 Mexican legends who were at their end. I mean did Morales and Barrera ever make any noise again in their respected divisions? No. It was their time to go.

But the moment Paq gets in the ring with a still fairly fresh Mexican legend in Marquez (even Morales), he end's up lookin as goofy as his face looks lmao. He even struggled with Oscar Larios who was like 50 fights deep into his career.

A couple Mexican legends were just used as crutches for the Packy'ows(sp) hype, and that first draw to Marquez and loss to Morales did nothing more than make Roach and Paq's team even more paranoid to put him with real fighters with some serious hands. I mean Roach is a ****in snake lol, he know's his ****. He actually built up enough nerve to gamble in takin a Oscar De La Hoya fight. I'll give him that, but once he saw the I.V. marks in Oscar's arm before the fight, I'm sure he wet his adult diapers in joy

I mean they avoided Soto and Guzman like they had the AID's virus. Those two fought eachother just for a shot at Packy'ow, but they went for David Diaz instead lmao. Easy belt, in a new division. But between Floyd, Calzaghe, and Packy'ow....lol I don't think I've ever seen a more annoying group of fighters. I'm surprised there wasn't just one these guys out there, but at one point there was THREE lmao.

You make some good points but I can't just look through my Mexican eyes and only see what I want to see. Pacquiao is a GREAT fighter, plain and simple.

Yes he lost to Morales (Someone said he was overrated here hahahah) and he fought JMM, Barrera and Morales all past their primes.

It's not his fault he's in the era he's in to be honest. I give Pac all the respect in the world and think that he's become a much better fighter than even 3 years ago.

His fight with DLH was just show, DLH was past his prime by a long shot and prime for prime DLH destroys him.
