even though i feel Mayweather has never truly tested himself, he's not overrated. And to make the argument that he's overrated because he's had a couple close fights is idiotic. If a fighter is automatically a fraud or overrated because he had a close fight then everyone who's ever stepped in the ring is overrated. There isnt one fighter who hasnt had a close fight in their career.

You never know Floyd might decide to fight Pacman (should they meet) in the same fashion he fought Chop Chop....he was quite offensive and beautifully accurate as always he ate more shots than usual but seemed to be doing it more in the hope of crowd pleasing. The thing about Floyd is that he usually kind of coasts through fights because he isn't feeling troubled when in the ring but the more he feels he's being tested the more he steps up his game.

If you claim Mayweather's boxing talent is overrated than you’re delusional. If you think his schedule is overrated than you’re also fairly delusional, his fights at lower weight divisors are as legit as they come. If you question his bravery nowadays at WW than I agree with you as he certainly seems to be cherry picking nowadays, he should either man up and fight real WW or move down and fight people his size.
